“SHERIF EXPORT-IMPORT Zagreb” is one of the strongest trade companies in Region, which is for years in group of 1 % most efficient companies in Croatia. Trade business and know how is forwarded for 3 generations and it continues family tradition. So forwarded experience and knowledge is obtaining excellent results, which could be explained as as market expending and market enhancing. Beside core trade business, from 2006. “Sherif” launched own production through company “Drvni Centar Glina” which is gathering smaller sawnmills and prepare their goods for demanding European market.

In new sawn mill up till know is invested more than 2 million EUR, and it is enabled for processing of about 30 000m3 of logs, production of 6000m3 of k/d edged material (from which 2000m3 is pre-plained).

During 2007. made annual turnover of 2,85 million EUR is made by Drvni Centar Glina alone, while Sherif had annual turnover more then 17.3 million EUR.

This result of more the 20 million EUR of annual export put our company in top 5 biggest Croatian export wood industry companies.

Plan for 2008 forcast total export of 80 000m3 of sawn timber and other products in Arab countries. Also plan is 6000m3 of k/d material to European markets.
